How we hire

Four steps. Two weeks, end to end.

  1. 1~2 days

    Intro chat

    A founder, 30 minutes, on Zoom. Why us, why this role, anything you want to know. No prep needed.

  2. 2~1 week

    Take-home or work session

    Engineering: a small, paid, async take-home you can do in 4 hours. Design / CS / Sales: a 60-minute work session with the team using a real customer scenario.

  3. 3~3 days

    On-site (or virtual on-site)

    Half a day. Three to four conversations with the people you would actually work with. We pay for travel and your time.

  4. 4~2 days

    Decision and offer

    We tell you yes or no within 48 hours. If yes, the offer comes the same day with the comp band, equity grant, and a written explanation of how we landed there.

Benefits

Boring on purpose. Excellent on details.

Fully covered medical, dental, vision

100% premium for you, 80% for dependents. Vision and dental include orthodontia. We pay first, no Q1 game with deductibles.

Real PTO, not unlimited

24 days paid + 12 paid holidays + a week-long company shutdown in December. We track it because "unlimited" usually means people take less.

Remote-first, $2k home setup

Up-front equipment stipend; $200/mo coworking budget after. Twice-yearly company off-sites with travel covered.

Pet healthcare, on us

We pay your pet insurance premium, no cap on the number of pets. (Yes, this is the most-used benefit.)

12 weeks paid leave for new parents

Birthing or non-birthing. Phased return-to-work over month four. We hold the role and the team backs you up.

Real equity with a 10-year window

4-year vest, 1-year cliff. 10-year post-termination exercise window — your equity is yours whether or not you can afford to exercise on day 91.
